Sample Exercises

Front Squat with Shoulder Press
Shoulders and Quads

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and the medicine ball in front of you. As you lower your body into a squat, keep your knees behind your toes and raise the ball up so that your arms are parallel to the floor.

Push Press

Pick up a bar using your legs. Push the weight up off your shoulders, making sure to move your chin back do you do not clip it. Once the bare is straight over your shoulders and your head is forward, lower the bar back down to your shoulders.

1-Arm Should Press with Leg Lift
Arms, Legs and Butt

Hold a dumbbell in your right hand, with your elbow bent and extended parallel to the ground. Lift your arm over your head while you simultaneously lift your left leg out to the side.

Ball Slams
Full Body + Cardio

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and holding a medicine ball in front of you. Raise the ball over your head, then slam it down to the floor as hard as you can and if it bounces, catch it. If it doesn’t, pick it up and start the next rep.
