NOTE: All packages are shipped via UPS unless otherwise stated in the verification email you receive.

WE SHIP TO *P.O. BOXES AND **MILITARY APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESS. Restrictions do apply.
*Shipping to P.O. Boxes: the order total cannot exceed $50.00 in product cost per order. All post office box orders will ship via the United States Postal Service.
**Shipping to APO and FPO addresses: These destinations may require additional postage.

  • OBS mainly ships to U.S. and Canada addresses.
  • OBS will ship most products to most any country. Restrictions may apply. Please contact us to verify that we are able to ship your order to your international destination.
  • International orders will require additional postage, along with required customs fees and taxes.
  • If there is an issue with your shipping destination, you will be notified immediately when your order begins to process. If we are unable to ship to your destination for any reason, we will notify you via email. You will then be able to change the destination or cancel your order.

  • We will process your order as fast as we accurately can, then we'll ship your order out as quickly as possible.
  • Once your order goes into processing you will receive an email containing the various shipping options that are available to your destination. You will have the option to select from one of the shipping options or you can choose to cancel your order.

  • Usually 7-14 days, international orders will take additional time to ship.

  • Yes! We will send you an e-mail with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If your order cannot ship for any reason, you will be notified within 24 hours.
• What about Back Orders and Partial Shipments? Back to Top
  • If your order is on backorder, we will ship your order as soon as your items come in.
  • Our goal is to get your order to you as fast as accurately possible, but some things are out of our control and do cause items to be backordered. If you ordered more than one item, we will ship the items that are in stock and then when the backordered items come in, we will ship them out at that time. No extra charge to you!
• My order isn't right, now what do I do? Back to Top
  • Don't worry, we will take care of it as quickly as possible! Sufice it to say, mistakes do happen. First, confirm what you actually ordered by checking the packing slip against what you actually have in the order. If indeed a mistake was made, contact us immediately either by email or phone and we will look up your order in our system and see what happened so that we can retify the situation for you quickly.
  • If you receive the wrong product, we'll handle that too! We will check into it and arrange for the missing product to be shipped to you. And we will also arrange for the incorrect product to be sent back to us, at NO extra charge to you.
  • For any other instances where your order is incorrect or not to standards, please contact us immediately and we promise to get it all worked out so that you are satisfied.
