Hi Amy,

Thank you so much for your support. You are so right on time with your request. Tuesday, I start a 4-week Nutrition series, a sort of crash course in nutrition that covers what to eat when, how to eat out and still lose weight and how to create a healthy diet. The series lasts 4 weeks.

If you go to weightmanage.ning.com, I have some resources there that will really help you. One of my guests that was on the show a couple months ago, Marina, has a group on the site and I also have a playlist of some of the best workout songs under Fit4Life Radio/Workout Music. I created the website for people who want to learn to manage their weight for the long haul. Check it out and join, its totally F.R.E.E.

Don't give up, I'm here to help you,
Carol

I listened to your podcast yesterday for the first time. I really like your show! I am desperate for some motivation and need your help!

I lost 30 pounds last year, only to gain them back this past Fall. I am dissapointed in myself and it is hard for me to start working out again because I feel like a failure. I want to get back and lose a total of 60 pounds. I am 5'4" and weigh 204 age is 27.

Could you do a topic on Nutrition, motivation, and lists of workout songs to spin to..such as Tick Tok - Ke$ha?

Thank you!
