Recently,  NBC’s The Biggest Loser made a couple huge announcements. First we find out that Jillian Michaels won’t be returning after Season 11 of the show, then we find out that it takes TWO trainers to replace her, THEN we find out that the contestants can chose who they want to train with. NBS’s Biggest Loser has started a new season. I love when the show first gets going, you learn all the stories and see why the contestants made it to the show. Everyone is hyped and ready to go. Without this tool in my life, I honestly don’t know what I would do. It’s the first thing that I run to when I’m upset, happy, joyous, overwhelmed or just feel the need to get away.
Now it has come to play an even larger …

WOW! What a question. It’s one that has come up so many times in the last few weeks. I thought that I knew the answer, a point blank, emphatic NO! But now I wonder. I’m not saying that I changed my mind, I have just looked deeper inside the question.
What is “Being Healthy?
Is it how you feel, how you look, the results of your combined test results from your annual physical? I have know women who could kick my butt in an aerobics class and they were heavy. I just …
