Life Coach Lisa Nichols wrote an article in the January issue of Essence magazine titled From Stressed to Blessed. The article outlined 10 steps you can take to get control of the stress in your life and use that control to change your life for the better. It really isn’t important what percentage of energy during exercise comes from fat or carbohydrate. What matters at the end of the day is how many total calories were expended.

Recently,  NBC’s The Biggest Loser made a couple huge announcements. First we find out that Jillian Michaels won’t be returning after Season 11 of the show, then we find out that it takes TWO trainers to replace her, THEN we find out that the contestants can chose who they want to train with. WOW! Nothing stays the same.

NBS’s Biggest Loser has started a new season. I love when the show first gets going, you learn all the stories and see why the contestants made it to the show. Everyone is hyped and ready to go. However, this “enthusiasm” only lasts about a day or so. Actually, it fades so fast you can actually see the enthusiasm drain from their faces as they go through their first workout.
