Staying hydrated is a must to keep your energy sky-high. “Even if you’re slightly dehydrated, you feel some fatigue,” says Samantha Heller, R.D., an exercise physiologist and the Clinical Nutrition Coordinator at Griffin Hospital. “The body is around 80 percent water; all biochemical reactions happen in water. Milk, YUM! The stuff that’s good for strong bones and teeth. It’s even better when its FREE! That’s right, the milk came as part of my savings at the grocery store this week using my coupons.
