Pleasure, Pain and Success on Fit4Life Radio

26 July 2010 No Comment

I often say when I do the Fit4Life Radio show, I never know how it is really impacting people. I mean, I hope, I think, I feel that it is, but you never really know, but here’s some real proof from a listener:

Testimonial from a Fan:

Hi Carol!

Let me just say thanks for all the tips for weight loss. it has been a month since i started working out and I have seen and felt changes. (I) got motivated one day when I wanted again to fit in some of my old clothes and so I did. But there a little problem; my weight isn’t really cooperating, it remained the same (still overweight) that was when I tried downloading free podcasts from itunes and immediately subscribed to Fit4Life Radio.

I have learned so much and was more inspired to work out, not just to look good but to feel good and eat good. I very much liked the episode where in you interviewed Robert Ferguson from whom I devised (sort of) my own work out regimen. I love his concept and pretty soon I’ll be fit as you guys, thank u so much! Before I’d been doing cardio (only) but now I’m starting to like yoga as well, which has helped me so much during my cardio workouts.

Thanks again keep it up! :D

Start your own journey. Listen to the latest episode and let me know how its going. I love hearing about your success!
