    Wow Robert must be famous!
    For me, i use push-ups to forbid fat from climbing over muscle, it keeps shape to actually and worked for years for me. But many people find it tiresome which is a wrong concept, push-ups can be a great and good habit if you get used to them. I hope this wasn’t off topic but i thought i would share my no.1 exercise :D

    Going on this kind of retreat would allow a person to focus on their fitness goals. Though a lot of people don’t have the luxury to do so, yet, setting aside the time to exercise at least 3 times a week will help them get results. It might seem so difficult to reduce the waistline but it can be done.
