I think Yoga really will be helpful. But I have this fear that this ‘exercise’ is a Satanic practice. I mean, people around me say so.

Seriously, where did this notion come from? How can body twisting with goals of physical fitness be satanic?

    I know I’m a bit offbeat but… just curious!

Hmm, I can’t speak to it being part of a Satanic practice, but I will definitely check it out. It may be because of the way you twist your body and gain so much flexibility that whenever that thought came up it was because it seemed unnatural??? Anyway, something good to check out.

Yoga changed my life forever. I used to be 20 pounds overweight but after enrolling in a yoga class, I lost 16 pounds and it absolutely helped me become leaner!
