Joyce’s Journey to Health and Fitness

Two years ago, Joyce weighed in at 205 lbs, but she was only 5 feet tall! She was also making almost daily trips to the emergency room because her doctor couldn’t get her high blood pressure under control.
She made a decsion to change her lifestyle and added years to her life. Today, she is 50 pounds thinner and has maintained a healthy outlook on life by continuing to follow those tried and true weight management solutions. Tune in to find out how she did it and how she maintains.
