What you eat during the day affects how well you’ll sleep at night. In fact, your diet can make it difficult to fall asleep, cause frequent waking throughout the night, or cause you to wake up too early in the morning.

    I had insomnia two years ago and my grandfather suggested me to stop eating before going to sleep. This simple tip really helped me to solve this problem and if perhaps you also have problems with insomnia it may help you.

    Thanks for your comment. I have found that going to sleep on an empty or mostly empty stomach will help your body to do the processes that it needs to do while you are sleeping, like burning fat, instead of storing fat.
