    So true. I have such a diffucult time losing weight and I know its because I don’t get rest. I watch what I eat, I drink my water and I exercise daily and I still can not get rid of the extra pounds. I know its because I’m not getting my rest and so my body continues to hold on to the unwanted pounds. I want to get rid of them but my body has decided against me. Thank you for posting the above information. It helps to see it written out.
