Tips to Help You Avoid Holiday Weight Gain

Every year it’s a familiar struggle: you resolve not to gain weight during the holidays only to face tempting treats and banquet-size meals at every turn. For better or worse, the holidays or “eating-season” places a tremendous emphasis on food. Calories seem to add up quickly during this time, which begins with Halloween candy and ends with the last Super Bowl Snack. But wait! Weight gain is not a decree; you can prevent adding on the pounds while still enjoying the festivities.

Here are my tips to help you avoid writing down “lose weight” as one of your New Year’s Resolutions.
