		<description>With all the statistics that show the correlation between obesity and an increase in mortality rates how can anyone not be proactive in taking their health into their own hands.  Even if someone is 30 or 40 lbs overweight and can kick your butt in aerobic activities the question is how much longer can they do it with the added stress on their joints and cardiovascular system?</description>
