Welcome to my Fitness Blog- I am glad you stopped by.
Well, I have finally moved into the world of blogging. I have read about it, read how to do it and even read more stuff, but since nothing happens until you actually take action, I decided to dive right in.
I will use this forum to simply exercise my right to my opinion and thoughts on issues that affect the health and well being of my audience. I am a fitness enthusiast, and always have been, but now I actually get to let you all know how I really feel about certain prevalent health issues. Hopefully, I can shed some light on subjects and it will be helpful to you as you try to find you way, in all the confusion.
